I'm Traci Barrios
I'm a licensed professional counselor in Northwest Arkansas, and specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma disorders.
I am LGBTQ affirming, and support all populations including Spanish speakers. I see both English and Spanish speaking clients!
I'm accepting new clients locally in Northwest Arkansas, and via telehealth.
Why I became an Anxiety Counselor
There have been times in my life where I didn't feel free or that I had a voice.
On my journey I now recognize how important it is to have a voice. To be able to make decisions, feel confident, or be myself.
I've sat with many people who have been in pain, frustration, and angst.
Fighting a battle in silence for far too long.
Playing a part in helping someone experience freedom, maybe for the first time, deeply moves me. It's so powerful to witness, and helps me to keep showing up in an authentic way.
